The Swinton Place is a clean and sober complex for men who are seeking a place for sober living. An environment which is supportive of your recovery will be provided.

Residents must be working a program of recovery and maintain a job while living at The Swinton Place.

Swinton Place residents will share a bedroom with another recovering addict as well as other parts of, the house, i.e, living room, kitchen, bathroom. The House is equipped with local phone, basic cable, and television. Residents are expected to make atleast a six- month commitment to live at The Swinton Place. The stay could be longer if residents choose to stay.

Cost is $135.00 weekly. Total of $335.00 is expected at move-in. This includes $135.00 weekly rent, and a $200.00 deposit. The deposit is refundable upon leaving provided the commitment is completed.

The Swinton Place is located at 206 S. E. 1 st Ave. 2 blocks South of Atlantic, right off Swinton. The Swinton Place is a few minutes walk to Crossroads(Recovery club), Federal Hwy, Atlantic Avenue, all buses and the beach.
